(C++) std::_lrand

std::_lrand is std::rand, except that:

1. std::_lrand draws a higher maximum number
2. std::_lrand is a non-standard function

std::_lrand is defined in the header file cstdlib.h supplied with C++ Builder 6.0.

std::_lrand is undefined in the header files supplied with the ISO C++ library supplied with Qt Creator 1.3.1.
