ToolOpenFoamErrorOpenCellsFoundFixed
shows the solution of the OpenFOAM
error ToolOpenFoamErrorOpenCellsFound.
The error was caused by not putting the internal faces first in the file 'boundary'.
I posted this solution at cfd-online.com its OpenFOAM forum.
Of the mesh I used, I made some pictures. The top-left image shows the point indices,
the others the face indices.
